who have vacancies and are willing to rent it out
cheaper in order to fill that vacancy quickly (the
longer they go without it being filled, the less
money they make). We strive to continually do it in
the easiest and most convenient way possible.

4. How do I pay for full membership?
After you have
joined as a free member, you will be able to access
all Member Menu items. The drop down menu at the top
of the screen has a choice for Getting a membership.

12. What is the International Housing Database?
The International
Housing Database (INHDB) is the world's largest
database of available rental units. It sells it's
services to companies like ours who want to believe
that the Internet is the greatest place to help
people find rentals. Renters love it because they
get higher quality customers (people who pay for
service tend to be better renters and fill their
places more quickly). You love it because, well, a
million reason as

14. How can I place an ad to find a roommate?
On the drop down
box in the Members Menu bar select "Roommate
Section".

select your search criteria on that page.
16. How do I extend my membership?
After you have
joined as a free member, you will be able to access
all Member Menu items. The drop down menu at the top
of the screen has a choice for Getting a membership.

17. What if I lost my password?
At the top of the
page where you login, there is link that says
'Forgot Pass'. Click on that link and you will be
taken to a page where you will enter the email
address on file. Your password will be mailed to
you. If your email account is not working or there
is some other issue, please see the section below.
18. I forgot my login name
/ My email address no longer works or is incorrect.
If you are a paid
member, you can give us the credit card you used
when you joined (if you elected to keep the credit
card details on file with us) and we can reset your
password and login name. Another option, or the only
option if you did not elect to keep a credit card on
file with us, is to visit one of our mobile stores
and bring along your ID. It will need to match the
first and last name you have on file with us as
well. There is no other way we can retrieve or reset
your login/email unless you sign-up for a new
account. This is for your and all others security.
19. What
are the security digits in the membership sign-up
area?
When you sign-up for a full membership account and
if you decide to pay by credit card, the security
digits are the 3 digit code on the back of the
credit card where you sign it. There are 3 digits
together (even though there may be other numbers) on
this line. That is the security code, or 'security
digits'.

What is the coupon code in the membership sign-up
area?
Some of our
members have received coupons for discounts on their
account. Often if they were referred by a friend or
received one of our special promotional offers. If
you want a discount, you can always come enjoy the
sunshine on Venice beach or at one of our other
mobile stores and get $5.00 off any day by simply
paying in cash! (This saves us credit card fees we
pass on to you).

What are you Full Member options?
When you join, there are two options: One, if you
are looking for an apartment by yourself. Or Two, if
you are searching for a place with a roommate. When
you join, your *full* access lasts a whole two
months, and we notify your before it ends just to
make sure you found your home. When you join you can
search from 2 IP addresses (3 with the roommate
option). This is limited so the account is not
abused, and to keep everything running smoothly.
When you have a FULL MEMBERSHIP, you get *full*
access to addresses, maps, and email addresses of
every listing available on our website, in every
city! You also have the option to extend your stay
with us for a faction of the cost. We don't think
you will need it with the great FLARE technology we
developed at the great listings, but just in case
things happen (like a delay in moving) we like to
keep this available to everyone.

1. What services do you
offer?
We offer you the
FREE ability to reach the highest quality tenants
available. (See the help section below on why they
are higher quality). We soon will allow the ability
for FREE credit checks. And we help you rent your
unit a lot faster.
2. Why should I join your service?
First off, it's
FREE. While other services charge for listings, we
feel that it only makes sense to charge the end
customer for the good of everyone. The end customer
is then able to search UNBIASED listings and MORE
listings than available on paid services. Secondly,
you have the ability to rent out the unit more
quickly. By storing your information in the INHDB
(International Housing Database) your information is
available to more companies than just ours, and
that's a lot of possible quality tenants looking to
rent your place. Thirdly, you now are able to see
what other similar units are renting for and price
yours accordingly. It's a real time market place of
listings. And finally, you will soon be able
to get FREE credit checks from people who find your
apartments through our listings!

We get thousands
of new customers every month who may find your
place. But it's not only us, it's other businesses
similar to us that have their units stored in the
INHDB (International Housing Database). This is
truly the best way to list your apartment and find
quality renters willing to pay to find a place like
yours.

Any customer
willing to pay for a service is indeed serious about
finding a location, and usually finding a location
very quickly.
